Films nowadays are much more than just releasing your next project into the cinema.
In the times in which we live in, a films success can sometimes be determined by the strength of its advertising campaign.
With that in mind, Universal have released a dinosaur aid support promotional video linked to the release of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
The short shows Bryce Dallas Howard's character, Claire, who reprises her role from the Jurassic World, try to educate a class of school children about dinosaurs, and the risk of a second extinction of the species due to the volcano on Isla Nublar nearing an eruption. Claire entices the audience to visit the website of her campaign, Dinosaur Protection Group
Without rescuing the dinsoaurs from the island before the volcano erupts, they will all perish, which is the basis for the film itself.
Stars Chris Pratt and Howard return alongside executive producers Steven Spielberg and Colin Trevorrow for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. They are joined by co-stars James Cromwell, Ted Levine, Justice Smith, Geraldine Chaplin, Daniella Pineda, Toby Jones, Rafe Spall and Isabella Sermon, while BD Wong and Jeff Goldblum reprise their roles.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom releases on the 22nd June 2018.
