Mission: Impossible Fallout Full Trailer Revealed

Updated: May 17, 2018

Following on from the hi-octane footage released earlier this year, comes the next full throttle explosion of action in the second trailer for Mission: Impossible Fallout.

Whilst it can be said that this trailer is more of a remix of the footage from it's predecessor, we do learn more about the story of the latest in the franchises long running arc.

The best intentions often come back to haunt you. “MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT” finds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise - “Top Gun,” “American Made,” “The Mummy”) and his IMF team (Alec Baldwin – “Saturday Night Live,” “The Boss Baby,” “Beetlejuice,” Simon Pegg – “Star Trek,” “Ready Player One,” Ving Rhames – “Pulp Fiction,” “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2”) along with some familiar allies (Rebecca Ferguson – “The Greatest Showman,” ”The Girl on the Train,” Michelle Monaghan – “The Bourne Supremacy,” “The Heartbreak Kid”) in a race against time after a mission gone wrong. Henry Cavill (“Justice League,” “Man of Steel”), Angela Bassett (“Black Panther,” “American Horror Story”), and Vanessa Kirby (“Me Before You,” “The Crown”) also join the dynamic cast with filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie (“Jack Reacher”) returning to the helm.

Continuing the story from Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation, where Soloman Lane (Sean Hall) was captured by the IMF team, he escapes and plots nuclear terrorism.

But that's not all, as Ethan Hunt is shadowed by a government assassin (Cavill) who aims to keep him on the straight and narrow, threatening his existence should he go rogue.

Mission: Impossible Fallout releases on the 22nd July 2018.
